Alexis Fuselier Holder, MHS, PA-C – Board-Certified Physician Assistant Specializing in Endocrinology & Diabetes Management

Alexis Fuselier Holder, MHS, PA-C, is a board-certified and licensed physician assistant with over 20 years of experience in endocrinology and internal medicine. Since joining Austin Thyroid & Endocrinology in 2002, she has specialized in diabetes management, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, dyslipidemia, PCOS, and hypogonadism.

Alexis has extensive expertise in advanced diabetes care, including insulin pump therapy, continuous glucose monitoring (CGM), and personalized treatment plans to optimize blood sugar control. She is dedicated to providing comprehensive, evidence-based care tailored to each patient’s needs.

As a specialist in thyroid health, Alexis manages hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, thyroid nodules, and other endocrine-related conditions. She is also highly experienced in bone health, including osteoporosis prevention, diagnosis, and treatment.
